What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?
We are proud to be one of the few companies that actually ship our products overseas. We ship to pretty much all countries where our beloved game is played. We have one warehouse in the US and one in Europe. Sometimes we will need to ship an European order from our US warehouse or vice versa. This might add a few days to your delivery time. Is your country not listed? Please let us know and we will try and add it if we can.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill your order. After that your order takes another few days to arrive. This depends on the products you ordered and your location. For most shipping options we provide you with tracking information.
Is Tax / VAT Included?
Orders on RevisionHockey.com are fulfilled by Huge10 Internet Sales, a company seated in the Netherlands. All European orders are taxed with 21% VAT, which is included in our euro prices. All international orders outside Europe are exempt of tax and are listed in US dollars. Prices on our website are shown in euro or dollars based on your location. When you select a different shipping country during checkout the prices might change from dollar to euro (or vice versa).
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay using PayPal or any of the major credit cards (through our payment provider Stripe). For our European customers we offer some local payment methods like Giropay in Germany, iDeal in the Netherlands and Bancontact in Belgium.
Is your website safe?
All traffic to and from our website is encrypted by SSL. You can check this by looking at the green lock icon in the browser address bar. You will also see all our URLs start by ‘https://’ meaning you are using a secure connection. We don’t process your payment details. We leave this to two of the major payment companies in the world: PayPal and Stripe.
Returns and Warranty
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days (no questions asked) after you receive your products. The products should be unused and in mint condition. Before you return any products, you should always contact us first. We do not accept any returns without an RMA number. Based on the type of product and your location we will provide you with an address to ship the products to.
What about warranty?
We pride ourselves in making products of absolute top quality. Nevertheless, sometimes a product slips through our intensive quality control. If this happens you should directly contact us and provide us with: prove of purchase, description of the issue and pictures of the product. We will make sure we’ll take care of you.
